Ted Hanlon, Chair
Ted Hanlon earned his chemical engineering degree at the University of Wyoming. He has 42 years of experience in the oil and chemical industries. Roles in engineering and management with major companies led him to the conclusion that developing people and optimizing processes are the keys to success. He founded Hanlon Process Consulting to help organizations across the country become more profitable. His improvements in process control, operating philosophy and operator training have resulted in substantial improvements in production rate, reliability, and efficiency.
Ted is a lifelong Democrat and ran for state senate in District 5 in 2022. He is currently the Chair of the Laramie County Democratic Party. In that role he trains and organizes precinct committee people, organizes events, stands up for his community, and works to get more voters registered.
